Oregon law  (OAR259-060-0200) requires any business that provides any form of security, even on their own property, to have a DPSST licensed executive manager. This manager can be contracted out.

 

Individuals licensed as armed or unarmed security as well as supervisory manager can not legally be contracted as independent contractors.

 

Oregon Executive Security will provide your company with a DPSST licensed executive manager if you want to run your own security staff but don't want to go trough the trouble to get licensed yourself.
